Highly acclaimed Norfolk restaurant Codex joins the DEEP BLACK family at long last. It’s our second major restaurant and, at 96 pieces, one of our biggest collabs ever.
The instant I found out Codex was moving to its own space I pounced to try to get DEEP BLACK all up and through. But the timing wasn’t quite right and I’m very glad we waited. What we’ve created for Codex is stronger, cleaner, and a true collaboration.
Ian selected twenty-four each of the Snack Bowl in Solar, Side Plate in Sapphire, Dinner Bowl in Jade, and Pasta Bowl in a custom flame orange banded design with Quartz. He also requested some of the pieces run thicker, to accomodate the hustle and bustle of a restaurant that’s busier than ever.
